Just a bit frantic. Got a call on Thursday, March 13th from the conveyancer. Deposit for the land had to be in her office by 12 noon the next day. Got a bank cheque and brought it straight - on her desk within 90 minutes. Then we returned to "our land". Just so happens they were redoing the cement curb. So we did what I always wanted to do. Stamped our initials in the drying cement, forever and eternity.
Celebrated the settlement of our land, on Wednesday March 19th at the Settlement Hotel in Cranbourne, that night.
