Our Site Supervisor let us know that we've now completed Frame Stage. Their Building Surveyor will inspect the site tomorrow. I've arranged to have our own private inspector survey the building and provide a written report back to us. If there is anything serious, I'll have the builders correct it before we authorise the bank to release payments for this stage. This is why it's so important to have your own inspection done.
